Bhutto postpones talks with Yahya
KARACHI, SEPT. 9West Pakistan’s political leader, Mr. Bhutto yesterday postponed a visit to Rawalpindi for constitutional talks with President Yahya Khan, a spokesman for his leftist People’s Party said reports Reuter.
He cabled President Yahya saying he was not well enough to make the journey, the spokesman said.
Mr. Bhutto underwent a hernia operation here last month and in the past few days has carried out a strenuous tour of party offices in Sind province.
Tomorrow’s talks had been serious stretching back to last described as the last in a April.
