Soviet leaders congratulate Bangla people
From Our Special Correspondent, DACCA, Jan. 7.-Soviet President Podgorny and Prime Minister Kosygin sent congratulatory letters today to the Bangladesh Acting President Syed Nazrul Ismalm and the Prime Minister Mr. Tajuddin Ahmed.
The letters were personally delivered by the Russian diplomatic representative here, Mr. Popov.
