Bhutto Denies Report
KARACHI, July 13 The Pakistan People’s party Chairman. Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto returned unscheduled from Teheran yesterday along with other party aides who later said he dropped Kabul from his itinerary because the new Government was still in a process of adjustment, reports DPA.
On return Mr. Bhutto denied a BBC report which quuted him as saying in Teheran he had pleaded for negotiations with the outlawed Awami League to settle the East Bengal problem.
Mr. Bhutto said what he did urge was negotiations with loyal Pakistani members of the Awami League, which in no way conflicted with the Government line.
