Russia to fulfil all obligations towards India
BOMBOY, Nov. 13.—The Soviet Union would fulfil all obligations towards India as a friend the secretary of the USSR Parliamentary group of the Supreme Soviet, Mr. V. Kudryasev. said here yesterday says UNI.
Mr. Kudryatsev, leader of the seven-member Soviet delegation participating in the celebrations of the Indo-Soviet Friendship Treaty at different places in India was replying to feliciations accorded to the delegation by the Bombay branch of the Indo-Soviet Council Society.
Speaking on the Indo-Soviet Friendship Treaty, Mr. Kudryatsev said the people of Soviet Union were indignant over the policy of terror followed by the Government of West Pakistani in connection with freedom struggle of the people of Bangladesh.
He said the Soviet Union fully sympathised with India’s stand and understood how difficult it was for her to support 10 million refugees.
