পরিবহন খাতে বৈষম্য
এই পরিসংখ্যানটি পাকিস্তান সরকার কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত। এটি দ্বিতীয় পঞ্চবার্ষিকী পরিকল্পনার পরিবহন সেক্টরের হিসাব। এতে শুভঙ্করের ফাঁকি রয়েছে। আনুপাতিক হার দেখলে মনে হবে বাংলাদেশে বেশী উন্নয়ন হবে। কিন্তু সংখ্যা খেয়াল করলে দেখা যাবে পাকিস্তানে পরিবহন বাড়বে ৯০৫০ টি। আর বাংলাদেশে বাড়বে ২০০০। অথচ কে না জানে আমাদের জনসংখ্যা সব সময় পশ্চিম পাকিস্তানের চেয়ে বেশী। [1, p. 23]
Discrepancy on transport sector
This figure shows the 2nd 5-year plan of the Pakistan Govt. Here we see a fraudulency. If we just check the percentage of increase of the number of vehicles it would seem that the development on East wing is more. However, if we calculate the number of the vehicles increment, it becomes clear about the discrepancy. Because the total number of vehicle is going to increase in West Pakistan is 9050. On the other hand, it is only 2000 for the East wing. Though, it is known that the population was always higher in the Eastern wing. [1, p. 23]
