  • A guerilla team of Freedom fighters hurl grenades targeting a vehicle of Pakistan soldiers at Baburhat area of Comilla, killing five soldiers and leaving seven others injured.
  • Two freedom fighters sacrifice their lives when they along with two other teams – one led by Subader Waliullah Matin and another by Shahbuddin – attack Mandaribazar camp of Pakistani military and Rajakar.
  • Pakistan military represses after confining about two hundred refugees who heading towards India in Karuiyabazar area. Hearing the news, freedom fighters led by captain Mahfuz attack the Pakistan heinous. 30 Pakistani soldiers are killed during the several hours of long fighting. Some refugees also killed the incident.
  • Muktibahini attack the Bazar camp of Pakistani soldiers in Bhaluka Thana and destroy camp, killing 22 soldiers and injuring 11 others.
  • The refugee number in India stands at 70, 21,490.
