- In Dhaka led by the chief of Pakistan Democratic Party Nazrul Amin, a representative team of 12 members meet the head of the West Pakistan armed forces general Tikka Khan. They pledge their full support to Tikka Khan and propose the formation of a citizen committee under the caretaker of the military.
- Pakistan forces attack Feni city by air, Many innocent civilians are killed and many more houses are burned to ashes and completely destroyed.
