Yahya finds a Quisling to lead team to UN
NEW DELHI, SEPT. 10-Yahya Khan has found a second quisling in East Bengal-Mamud Ali. He is due to head the Pakistan delegation to the United Nations General Assembly later this month.
Ali, a Bengali, is Vice-President of Pakistan Democratic Party. His chief, Mr. Nurul Amin, has decided the offer.
Ali had been miserably defeated in the December elections an Awami League representative. He had secured only about 12,000 votes, against 75,000 by his Awami League rival.
