Al-Fatah leader meets Mujib, Nurul Amin

The Visiting Al-Fatah leader Mr. Abu Hisham yesterday called separately on Awami League Chief Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the NDF leader Mr. Nurul Amin at their residences. They had long and cordial discussions, according to a Press release of the East Pakistan Committee of Pakistan Organisation for Afro-Asian Peoples’ solidarity.
The Press release said that the Pakistani leaders assured the Palestinian liberation fighters of all possible support in liberating their homeland from Israeli occupation.
Mr. Abu Hisham, who arrived in Dacca on Thursday on a four-day visit to East Pakistan, also visited the mazars of Sher-e- Bangla, Khawja Nazimuddin and H. S. Suhrawardy yesterday morning. He placed wraths on the mazars and offered Fateha.
This morning at 9 Mr. Hisham will meet Maulana Bhashani, Later at 10-30 a.m. he will attend a reception by the East Pakistan Mahila Shangshad. Pak-Arab Friendship Association in East Pakistan will also hold a reception at Hotel Shahbagh at 4 p.m. He will also attend another reception at 5 p. m. arranged in his honour by the Pak-China Friendship Society.
Tomorrow’s programme includes two receptions-one by the East Pakistan Students Union at 10 a. m. and another by the Afro- Asian Solidarity Organisation at 4 p. m. Both the receptions will be held at the Engineers Institute.
He will address a meeting at Baitul Mukarram after Zoher prayer today.
