Mujib to visit Hyderabad
RAWALPINDI, March 13: The Awami League Chief, Sheikh Mujibur Rehman will visit Hyderabad probably in the first week of April, before leaving for Dacca according to a Press release of the Democratic Students Front, Hyderabad.
The promise was made by Sheikh Saheb while talking to the delegation of the Hyderabad students who had called on him yesterday.
Expressing concern over the situation prevailing in Sind, the Awami League Chief appealed for amity between the Old Sindhis and New Sindhis on the basis of equality, justice and mutual respect.
The students told Sheikh Saheb that they were striving, for amicable relations among the various sections of population and would welcome any offer for achieving this objective.
The Press release said, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman supported the demands of the Hyderabad students and said that Pakistan was achieved for all and not for few.
The delegation comprised Mr. Abid Rizvi, Convener DSF, Mr. Ansar Haider Khan, General Secretary, West-East Students Organisation, Mr. Naseem Saeed, Vice-President City College, Hyderabad, and Mr. Mohammad Usman, President Muslim Students Organisation, Hyderabad.-PPI.
