The members of the Brahmanbaria Bar Association in a meeting place on record their deep sense of sorrow and grief at the tragic deaths and injuries to the students and the public at Dacca and condemns the Police firing.
Resolved further that the Government of East Bengal be urged to order an enquiry by the High Court Judges and to make arrangement for compensation to their families of the deceased.
It is also resolved that the Constituent Assembly be urged to adopt Bengali as one of the State Languages of Pakistan
