Bhutto explains aims of his party

PESHAWAR, NOV. 5:- Mr. Z.A. Bhutto a former Foreign Minister said her this evening that his proposed new political party would try to bring republican democratic socialism in the country reports APP.
Speaking at a reception he said his new party would have nothing to do with Communism. Its purpose would be to preserve and protect the ideology of Islam and Pakistan.
About co-operation between the proposed party and the existing opposition political parties in the country Mr. Bhutto said that the restoration of complete democracy in the country grant of fundamental rights and adult franchise were points on which there could always be co-operation.
About Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s six-point programme Mr. Bhutto said he could not accept two of the points affecting the country’s integrity.
Mr. Bhutto regretted that certain Government party leaders were indulging in personal attacks.
He warned that if they did not desist from that practice he would have to retaliate and quoted the proverb an eye for an eye and tooth for tooth.”
