Bhutto seeks permission to meet Mujib

Mr. Z A Bhutto, former Foreign Minister of Pakistan, predicted last night “a wide area of understanding and co-operation between his proposed political party and other opposition forces, reports PPA.
He said that he would contact leaders of different political parties to ascertain as to how best this could be achieved during his stay in the province.
Mr. Bhutto disclosed that he had also sought permission of the Governor of East Pakistan to meet Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, President of the East Pakistan Awami League in the Central Jail, and hoped that the Government would permit him to do so.
