Release of Mujib demanded
DACCA, May 21: The extended Working Committee meeting of the East Pakistan Awami League has demanded the immediate release of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the party chief now detention under DPR.
In a resolution passed by the Working Commitee at its two day session, it also expressed grave concern over the deteriorating health of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
The meeting through a separate resolution decided to observe June 7 as Six-point Day and to recall the martyrs who gave their lives on that day last year. -PPA.
