Mujib’s trial adjourned to April 22

The case against Sheikh Mujibur Rahman under Section 124A PPC (Section) for an alleged prejudicial speech on March 29, 1964, at Paltan Maidan has been adjourned to April 22 for examination of witnesses.
The adjournment was ordered by Mr. M. S. Khan, the Additional District Magistrate, Dacca, on Thursday. The trial was due to start on the day inside Dacca Central jail.
