Mujib’s Case: Hearing Adjourned
The hearing of the case against Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, President of the East Pakistan Awami League for an alleged prejudicial speech made at Paltan Maidan on March 23 this year, has been adjourned till January 6, reports PPA.
According to a press release of the Awami League here last night, the hearing for the case which was fixed for yesterday at the Dacca Central Jail Gate, could not be held as the Awami League leader was unable to attend the Court due to illness.
Mr. Abul Hussain, advocate appeared for the defence.
