Mujib arrested
Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, President of the East Pakistan Awami, was arrested from his residence in Dacca on Thursday night, reports PPA. According to preliminary information available, the arrest had been made under Section 153(A) PPC. Section 7(3) of the East Pakistan Public Safety Ordinance and clause five of rule 47 of the Defence of Pakistan Rules.
