Bhutto ready for confrontation on April 17
DACCA, April 13: The Foreign Minister, Mr Z. A. Bhutto, said here tonight he was ready to have a confrontation with the East Pakistan Awami League Chief, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on April 17.
In an interview with the APP, the Foreign Minister said: “It will not be possible for me to attend the meeting on April 24 as I am leaving on the 19th of this month for Ankara to attend a CENTO conference.”
Mr. Bhutto said as Mr. Mujibur Rahman was prepared to meet earlier “I would be quite prepared to have a confrontation with him on the future of Pakistan’s destiny before April 24.” – APP.
