Hye slates Mujib
Mr. Abdul Hye Chowdhury, East Pakistan Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, on Sunday condemned the recent statement by the Awami League Secretary-General, Shaikh Mujibur Rahman, suggesting a confederation of East and West Pakistan saying. It is tantamount to sedition”.
In a statement, here, he said that this could be the first step towards the disintegration of the country. He said, he believed that Shaikh Mujib’s statement was in support of those who do not see eye to eye with the creation of a sovereign State of Pakistan and was motivated to undo it. – APP
