Sk. Mujib demands halt in Vietnam bombing
Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, General-Secretary of the East Pakistan Awami League, on Thursday said all the peace-loving people of the world would be grievously shocked at the resumption of bombing by USA over North Vietnam, reports APP.
In a statement he said, “The renewed acts of violence of the USA in Vietnam reveal the hollowness of the recent peace move initiated by them.
“Real peace can only be established in the war-torn Vietnam in accordance with the Geneva agreement of 1954 when all foreign interventions cease.”
He demanded of the USA to halt the bombing in the interest of the world peace.
