NO DISUNITY WITHIN COP, SAYS MUJIB
Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the General Secretary of the East Pakistan Awami League denied in Dacca on Saturday that there was disunity among the units of COP and said that there was complete unity among the units was amply demonstrated by the fact that they could reach accord in putting up only one candidate for the Presidential election, reports PPA.
This, he said in reply to a question asked by a newsman relating to a reported rift among the five political parties forming the COP. Sheikh Mujib was talking to newsmen at the Dacca airport on his arrival from Rawalpindi.
