MUJIB’S CALL TO VOTERS
NARYANGANJ, Oct. 12: Shaikh Mujibur Rahman, Awami League leader, said here today that the people of Pakistan were fully conscious of their rights and they would resist any sort of malpractice in the forthcoming eletions.
The Awami League leader was addressing a public meeting this afternoon at Sitalakhay Feri Ghat Maidan.
Sheikh Mujib asked the people to vote for those in the basic democracy elections who will give assurance that if they were elected they would vote for Miss Jinnah in the Presidential election.
The meeting was also addressed by Mr. Tajuddin Ahmad and others. -PPA
