Mujib Granted Bail In Leaflet Case
Mr. Sheikh Mujibur Rahman General Secretary, East Pakistan Awami League, has been granted fresh bail of Rs. 5,000.00 with two sureties of the like amount by the S. D. O. (South), Dacca, yesterday in a case which was started against him and some other members of the East Pakistan Riot Resistance Committee. It was alleged that a leaflet was issued by the said Committee without the name of the Press and publisher. The case was started under the Press and Publication Ordinance, 1960.
