Mujib’s Petition: No Order Was Passed
A news item appeared in “Morning News” yesterday (Wednesday) with the heading “Early Hearing of Appeal Ordered”. We have come to know that in the case mentioned Their Lordships had not passed the order as stated. The news was published on what now appears to be wrong information that was supplied to us. We regret the publication of the same.
