UNSUSTAINABLE CLAIMS
Whatever Pakistan might say to justify the use of force against the people in East Pakistan, and however hard they may try to prove that the issue is purely domestic, such claims are not sustainable, as recourse to the use of force to suppress the people of East Pakistan is a gross violation of the United Nations universal Declaration on Human Rights.
The situation in East Pakistan arises from strong discontent with political, economic and social conditions and none can ever hope to solve a problem like this which concern a population of seventy million people by the use of force.
