Genocide To Be Investigated
A commission of inquiry of the International Commission of Jurists to go into the violation of human rights by the Pakistani military regime in Bangla Desh will visit India in December. It also hopes to go to Pakistan.
The commission will submit its report by the end of January. It will inquire into the nature, extent and reasons for the violation of human rights and the rule of law in East Pakistan. It will also make recommendations for restoring the rule of law.
