Seva Samaj wants to adopt 2,000 refugee children

RAJKOT SEPT. 2 – An offer to “about” 2,000 refugee children from Bangladesh has been made by a socio-religious organization in Rajkot, reports PTI.
The Punit Seva Samaj has offered to take all responsibilities for medical care, education, residence, food and clothes etc. of the children till they were in a position to return to their native land.
The offer has been put before the district authorities, who have promised to contact the Gujarat Bangladesh Relief Committee.
The Samaj has said that they would send out their representatives to West Bengal for selecting the children.
