Epidemics Feared

LONDON. May 21- An epidemic of Cholera or typhoid among thousands of refugees in camps along the borders of India and East Bengal is feared as the monsoon season approaches, a high-ranking British relief operations officer said here on Wednesday, reports Reuter.
Brigadier Michael Blackman, the OXFAM disaster operations officer who just returned from an inspection trip to East Bengal said the refugees from the civil war – estimated at about two million – were living in very poor conditions.
