Direction to Mukti Bahini commandos
DACCA, DEC. 23.-Major Haidar, Sector Commander of Dacca area has directed the Mukti Bahini commandos not to conduct any arrest or search without permission of a proper authority, reports UNI.
In a five-point directive the Major has instructed the guerillas to check those who, impersonating as Mukti Bahini commandos, were harassing, threatening or collecting money or vehicles and other articles from civilians.
