Willy Brandt congratulated
MUJIBNAGAR, OCT. 23- Syed Nazrul Islam, acting President of Bangladesh, has in a telegram, congratulated Mr. Willy Brandt, Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany for receiving the Nobel Prize for peace.
