Army captain held for disobeying orders

MUJIBNAGAR, June 7, The Martial Law regime in East Bengal has started replacing high Bengali officials by West Pakistanis.
A broadcast by the Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra today said 70 high officials including various departmental secretaries and other senior officers had already been dismissed.
All the top- ranking Bengali officials were sacked by the Army authorities and were replaced by officers brought from West Pakistan. These West Pakistani officers had reached Dacca and were given food and lodging in the luxurious inter Continental Hotel in Dacca(PTI).
