YAHYA READY TO MEET MRS GANDHI
ISLAMABAD, July 13 A member of Canada’s three-man parliamentary delegation visiting here said yesterday Pakistan’s President Yahya Khan is prepared for a dialogue with Mrs. Gandhi on difference between the two countries, reports Reuter.
Mr. Andrew Brewin, speaking before the delegation’s departure for Karachi, en route to Dacca, said President Yahya had expressed his readiness to meet Mrs. Gandhi anywhere and any time.
Mr. Brewin said that during an interview President Yahya also expressed willingness to have U. N. representatives posted at all centres set up in East Bengal for returning refugees from India.
