BHUTTO MEETS NIXON
WASHINGTON, DEC. 18 Pakistan’s Foreign Minister-designate, Mr. Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, today called on President Nixon here at his own request to discuss the situation following the cease-fire on the IndoPakistani borders, reports Reuter. The meeting took place shortly after an announcement by President Yahya Khan that he had asked Mr. Bhutto to return home from the U. N. to take part in a civilian Government.
