Mujib, Bhashani should attend talks : Asghar
LAHORE, Feb, 15 (PPI): Air Marshal Asghar Khan emphasised here today the need for participation of Mr. Z.A. Bhutto and Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in the projected round table conference for the success of talks.
Nevertheless, he suggested grace period of about a week to allow these two leaders to study the political situation and to have consultations with their own partymen and other opposition leaders.
It was vital, he said, that the talks, if they are to be held, should be successful.
With this end in view he also pleaded for the inclusion of Maulana Abdul Hamid Khan Bhashani and observed that it would be wrong to leave out the leader of any political party.
