Bhutto admits difference with Yahya

NEW DELHI, JULY 17.— Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman, Mr. Z. A. Bhutto indicated today that his party different with President Yahya Khan on some of the proposals outlined by him in his June 28 broadcast concerning a constitution, says UNI.
Mr. Bhutto told newsmen in Rawalpindi after his second meeting with Gen. Yahya Khan in two days that his party had its own approach to these points. There was, however, agreement with Gen. Yahya Khan on certain other pints in the broadcast. He had conveyed to Gen. Yahya Khan his party’s views on various proposal’s.
Mr. Bhutto said the talks would continue , but did not specify when he would meet Gen. Yahya Khan again. He had talks with him for “several hours” yesterday.
Mr. Bhutto, whose remarks to newsmen were broadcast by Radios Pakistan, said that in view o the “fast changing situation,” it was quite possible that there could be more frequent consultations with Gen. Yahya Khan.
He declared that the next few months were crucial” for Pakistan.
Mr. Bhutto asserted that the people had voted in favor of this party and therefore his party’s views were the people’s views.
