No cease-fire till Pak Army quits Bangla

From Our Special Correspondent, NEW DELHI, DEC. 10-India will not accept any cease-fire proposal unless the Pak Army vacate Bangladesh.
This remains the Indian stand till riow, and is unaffected by Pakistan’s acceptance of the UN resolution calling for cease-fire and withdrawal of Indian and Pakistani Armies.
Pakistan has stipulated the condition that she will accept resolution provided the condition that she will accept the resolution provided the United Nations posts its observers in both Pakistan and India.
India had long ago turned down the proposal of posting UN observes on the border, because the United Nations already knew what had been happening here since Yahya Khan’s military crackdown in Bangladesh.
Both political and official circles confirm that there will be no change in the Indian stand till Bangladesh is freed from the military regime of Pakistan.
This stand was reiterated here today by the Prime Minister in her address at a mass rally of University students.
