Kosygin writes to Yahya
RAWALPINDI, APRIL, 23.-President Yahya Khan has received a second letter from the Soviet leadership on the situation in East Bengal, Foreign Office sources said today, reports AP.
There was no comment on the text of the message which was reportedly from Prime Minister Alexei Kosygin.
The first note two weeks ago was from Soviet President Nikolai Podgorny.
Sources said they believed the second note was milder in tone compared, with the Podgorny letter which criticised Pakistani actions in East Bengal.
