Mujib Leaves for Moscow
The East Pakistan Awami League General Secretary, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, left Dacca yesterday (Friday) by PIA for Karachi enroute to Moscow. Mr. Rahman has been chosen as the Prime Minister’s personal envoy to the Soviet Union. a large number of people including Mr. Mansoor Ali, Provincial Civil Supplies Minister, Mrs. Badrunessa, MPA, officials and nonofficials were present at the airport to see him off.
Mr. Rahman was profusely garlanded by the Awami League workers who were also present at the airport.
