Shaikh Mujibar’s Case
5 PWs cross-examined

Five more prosecution witnesses were cross-examined by the defence counsel in the court of Mr. Fazle Rabbi, Magistrate, First Class, Dacca, when the hearing of the Dacca Central Jail rioting case was resumed yesterday (Wednesday). of the eleven persons who are involved in the case. Mr. Shaikh Mujibar Rahman, ex-Minister of East Bengal and three others are on trial while seven accused persons are still said to be absconding. Al together 11 prosecution witnesses have hitherto been examined. Mr. Ataur Rahman Khan, Advocate, appeared for the defence, while Mr. Mazhar Hasnain Advocate appeared on behalf of the Crown.
