Case Against Mujibar Rahman Adjourned
The case of alleged jail rioting against Sheikh Mujibar Rahman, Ex-Minister of the deposed Fazlul Huq Cabinet and three others, which was taken up by Mr. A.B.M. Fazle Rabbi, Magistrate, First Class yesterday (Tuesday) was adjoumed till January 15 after a brief hearing. The court examined one prosecution witness Khursiduddin Bhuyan, Sub-Inspector of Police, who informed the court that another accused involved in the case against whom a warrant of arrest and proclamation order was issued was absconding. Out of 28 prosecution witnesses .. six witnesses have so far been examined by the rourt.-APP.
