Trial of Mujibar
Resumes To-morrow
The trial of Mr. Sheikh Mujibar Rahman, ex-Minister of deposed Fazlul Huq Cabinet and General Secretary of the East Pakistan Awami league who has been charge-sheeted under various sections of the P. P. C. in connection with the Dacca Central jail gate firing incident, will resume to-morrow (Wednesday) in the court of Mr. Fazle Rabbi, magistrate 1 Class, Dacca. It may be mentioned in this connection that Mr. Rahman was arrested on May 30 last. Mr. Abdus Salam khan, Mr. Ataur Rahman Khan, ex-Ministers of the deposed Fazlul Huq Cabinet will defend Mr. Rahman aided by Mr. Kamaruddin Ahmed, Mr. Zahiruddin and Mr. Abdul Hakim Miah. Witnesses are expected to be examined to-morrow.
