A fresh bail petition for Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Ex-Minister, was moved in the Court of the Sessions Judge yesterday (Friday) by Mr. Ataur Rahman Khan, advocate and a colleague of the detenu in the dismissed United Front Government. The next date of hearing has been fixed for June 24. Bail petition of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was earlier rejected by the S.D.O. (South). A.P.P. adds:The police has chargesheeted Mr. Mujibur Rahman and ten othersfor alles and a crowemation and analofor alleged complicity in a recent clash between Dacca Central Jail warders and a crowed. Six out of 11 persons are still absconding and warrants, proclamation and attachment orders against them have been issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Dacca South. The date of hearing for this case has been fixed for June 26.
