3. Dr. Jyotirmoy Guha Thakurta (Reader, English & Provost, Jagannath Hall)
4. Dr. M. Fazlur Rahman (Sr. Lecturer, Soil Science)
5. Mr. M. Muktadir (Sr. Lecturer, Geology)
6. Mr. Khadem (Sr. Lecturer, Physics)
7. Mr. Sharafat Ali (Lecturer, Mathematics)
8. Mr. Anudwipayan Bhattacharyya (Lecturer, Physics & Asstt. House Tutor, Jagannath Hall)
9. Mr. Md. Sadaque (Teacher, Laboratory School, D.U.)
10. Dr. Sadat Ali Khan (Sr. Lecturer, IER)

Dismissed from service
1. Dr. A.B.M. Habibullah, Professor & Head, Department of Islamic History & Culture; Dean of the facuty of Arts.
2. Dr. M. Enamul Huq, Supernumerary professor of Bengali, member, Syndicate of the University of Dacca; Ex-Director, Central Board for the development of Bengali.
3. Dr. M. Maniruzzaman, Sr. Lecturer, Bengali; author of several books, poet and composer of songs.
Warned
1. Dr. M. Qudrat-e-Khuda, D.Sc. (London), a well known scinentist; ex-director, Pakistan Council for Scintific & Industrial Research, Dacca; he has also been removed from the membership of the Syndicate, University of Dacca.
2. Professor Munier Chowdhury, head, Bengali Department.
3. Dr. (Mrs) Neelima Ibrahim (Reader, Bengali).
4. Dr. Sirajul Islam Chowdhury (Reader, English).
N.B. Against the teachers dismissed from service or warned never were any proceedings drawn, nor were they ever informed of any charges; only through a very curt letter written individually did General Tikka Khan, the then MLA, Zone-B, informed the teachers on September 1, that they were dismissed/warned because of their anti-state activities. ….
