Qasuri asked to take up Mujib’s petition
DACCA, Jan 3: Mian Mahmud Ali Qasuri has been asked by Sheikh Mujibur Rahman to deal with his petition in the High Court, wherein he has challenged the competence of the Special Tribunal trying the Agartala Conspiracy Case, according to Malik Ghulam Gilani, President, West Pakistan Awami League.
Mr. Kasuri has also applied to the Home Secretary, Government of East Pakistan, for permission to see Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in Connection with the case. Malik Gilani said Mian Mumtaz Mohammad Khan Daultana, President, Council Muslim League, had also applied to the Home Secretary, Government of East Pakistan, for permission to see Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
