Missing diplomat story
From Our Special Correspondent, NEW DELHI. APRIL, 8. The Pakistani High Commission here came out today with an amusing note over the defection of its two diplomats. Mr. K. M. Sahabuddin and Mr. Amjadul Haque.
Despite the fact that the Government of India officially declared that political asylum had been granted to the two diplomats owing allegiance to BanglaDesh the Pakistan High Commission in its note today declared them “missing”. And the High Commission would indeed welcome a denial by the Government that asylum had been given.
