Bhutto’s appeal
NEW DELHI, DEC. 23–Following incidents of violence against East Bengalis in Karachi and some other places in Pakistan, President Bhutto has appealed to all citizens not to be “Vindictive or create friction between brother and brother.” He was also quoted today by Radio Pakistan as saying that he sought the co-operation of members of this People’s Party in “nipping the bud” trouble in the reports UNI.
