NEW DELHI JAN. 6—The biggest joke of this year till now is that the President of Pakistan Mr. 2. A. Bhutto wants to visit Dacca the capital of free. Sovereign, Bangladesh
He wants to come as President of Pakistan which he dreams includes Bangladesh.
According to an official of the Bangladesh mission here, Mr. Bhutto can be welcomed in Dacca but then who will guarantee his exit?
There is no answer to this question and so Mr. Bhutto will not be visiting Dacca.
Protocol is that the President of a nation visits a foreign country on invitation. But Mr. Bhutto has not yet received any invitation from Dacca.
