Mujib’s case : hearing adjourned
DACCA, Nov. 10: Two more prosecution were cross-examined here yesterday at the resumed hearing of the sedition case against Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in the court of a Additional District Magistrate.
The case was started against the Awami League leader under Section 124-E of the P.P.C. alleging that he had delivered a speech at the Paltan Maidan early 1964, an prejudicial to the interest of the country.
The Additional District Magistrate who is holding the trial inside the Dacca Central Jail where Sheikh Mujibur Rahman is under detention, adjourned the hearing until Nov 30, for crossexamination of other witnesses. – APP.
