Suhrawardy Returns To Dacca
Mr. H. S. Suhrawardy, the National Democratic Front chief, returned to Dacca yesterday (Wednesday) evening from Chittagong after a six-day stay there, reports APP.
He was accompanied by Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, former General Secretary of the Provincial Awami League.
Mr. Suhrawardy was received at the airport, among others by Pir Mohsenuddin, one of the ‘nine leaders’, two former Central Ministers, Mr. Deldar Ahmed and Mr. M. A. Khaleque, and Tafazzal Hussain the Ittefaq Editor.
The leader of the National Democratic Front will leave for Mymensingh on October 26 and is scheduled to address a public meeting there on the same day.
