Pak Terror Tactics In Comilla

NEW DELHI, MAY 21 – The reign of terror unleashed by the military authorities in East Bengal continues unabated, according to latest reports received here, says PTI.
An oversmart martial law administrator of Comilla has taken recourse to new tacties to terrorize the population, particularly the youth.
He has ordered all men between the ages of 16 and 30 to report to the nearest Army camp, presumably to prevent them from moving out.
He has also made a public announcement that any one seen proceeding towards India will be shot.
The martial law authorities in Comilla have also ordered the people to deposit their motor boats and motor launches with the nearest authorities within 7 days.
Shopkeepers are asked not to sell more than 2.5 kg of foodgrains to a customer at a time.
Simultaneously with these, the authorities have been encounraging Muslim League and Jamiat-e-Islami volunteers throughout East Bengal to destroy the houses of Awami League supporters and Hindus, Bihari Muslims of Comilla are sending their families to West Pakistan.
In Rawalpindi, the chief martial law administrator issued an order today saying that if anyone attacked any other person and harmed or injured him the victim could claim compensation.
Radio Pakistan said the martial law order No 20 providing claims will be demanded to have come into force from May 12.
